I'm not sure that i understand this question but i'm going to go with NO! There is no comparison. Dogs and cats can both be characterized as earthly animals that live and die. God is a supreme being and is no way anything like humans. Humans just have no idea of the greatness and power He holds and it makes us feel better to picture Him with human characteristics and traits.
