How good is Centrum for you...?

How good is centrum for you? What does it do for you? Also, is it true you do not need anymore vitamins because centrum has them all?
And finally, on the bottle, it says take centrum with food - but can i take it with water?

Don't listen to sylvia5482. 93 vitamins and minerals? There aren't even that many, and if there were, they certainly wouldn't be found in vinegar.

I have thrown away my vitamins. I now take apple cider vinegar in water. 93 vitamins and minerals in an 8 oz glass of water. Tastes yucky, but what benefits. Read on the web about this miracle.
