I've had a few mri's and am having another in the am, I've never had any pain related to my eye's, just stiffness from lying still in one position for so long. Mine were of my back also, cervical to sacral. Did you ask your Dr. about the pain?

I've had MRI's done on my legs and the only sensation I felt was a tingling in the injured leg. When I inquired as to why I was feeling this I was told that it was due to the swelling in the injured area.
