When Im stressed I go for awhile, eating very little, then, for a few days, I eat everything in sight. It's not good for me at all!

I drink to relieve stress. I don't care what anybody has to say. Every day after work, I have a few beers. Stress be gone!

Yes. I especially crave sweets when I'm stressed out.

yes, because if we are stress out, our body produces a lot of asid in the stomach. that's why we eat.

Yes I do. It is a very bad habit. It seems that only the most horrible fattening foods will help me relax :)
