Is it even possible to die while you're asleep?If yes,then how?Can someone explain to me how does one die in his/her sleep?Is it random or you can choose to die in your sleep?Is it voluntary process or involuntary process?

Yes,I know the person's heart stops beating.It's obvious common sense.But what I want to know is that,is there any other way or any voluntary process to it?

The heart stops during sleep.

I can think of at least one way and I'm sure there are many others. Sometimes elderly people develop a bleeding ulcer in their stomach and go to bed while it's bleeding. Gradually they bleed to death as they are sleeping. It's completely painless. They just go to sleep and never wake up.
