wash your face with rubbing alcohol. it will dry out your pores. do this every day. a cottonball and some alcohol will do the trick. it worked back in the day before stridex and it works now.

From now on drink a tonic of apple cider vinegar and water. 2 tbls. in an 8 oz glass 2 times a day. You just need to be cleansed internally. ACV is very inexpensive. Makes hair and nails grow too. Read about acv on the web.

Clean face with alcohol and cotton pads. Rinse well with cold water to get rid of the blotchiness.

It is going to take some time. First, don't apply just anything and everything. You can't apply different things on your face at the same time. Get purified water to wash your face. Yes, not just tap water. But good water. :)
Don't keep checking on the pimples in the mirror. Don't do that. It'd really bring your self-confidence to the lowest.
If you have changed any skincare in the recent weeks, please go back to the old one you've always been using.

i totally understand how you feel. people like to underestimate the effect of acne on a persons self esteem, i know how bad it gets so i empathize with you. i also get really bad acne with scars and sometimes pus----cystic acne and i have tried everything under the sun, you name it, i have done it. But what i have discovered that works for me is using cetaphil facial wash and applying benzaclin creme and using hydroquinone creme 4%. and i get microdermabrasion about one to twice a month.

order Proactive.

Put cucumbers (cold) on the red spots and around your eyes. use ice on the puffy spots as well. try not to touch your face too much!

just wash your face regularly and leave it alone....god acne is a natural thing.....its not like ur gonna die cuz of one pimple. I bet theirs people walking around in your school with more zits on their face than yours! man...... if you mess with it and force it too "leave" itll just "LEAVE" a mark. permanently.
