A subcutaneous injection is administered into the subcutis, the layer of skin directly below the dermis and epidermis, collectively referred to as the cutis. Subcutaneous injections are highly effective in administering such medications as insulin, morphine, etc. In this, the injection drug is deposited below the skin, not into the muscle or vein.
Percutaneous means any medical procedure where access to inner organs or other tissue is done via needle-puncture of the skin, rather than by using an "open" approach where inner organs or tissue are exposed (typically with the use of a scalpel). So any injection through the skin, be it in muscle, or an injection into a joint, is percutaneous.

At least one of the most... He can't even prove he's a citizen, he says whatever people want but does what he wants regardless. If he's trying to help America, he's even stupider than Bush. Brilliant! Raising taxes and making enormous inflation to keep businesses that rightfully should be down the drain stimulates the economy-- how? Unemployment is still going up, which means it's not working and is in fact making it worse. He claims his administration is not run on fear, then two minutes later says that the economy or health care system will be completely messed up and people will die from diseases and we will go into a worse depression than ever before if we don't pass what he wants-- how is that not running on fear? It's unconstitutional for someone who wasn't born in America or a legal citizen to become president, and he can't even show a valid birth certificate. If he were born in America, he would have it. This shows quite clearly that, because he dodges the question and can't show a real birth certificate, that he is actually NOT a citizen, and is probably not even here legally. The Supreme Court needs to look at this, and, upon examining the clear evidence, throw him out of office and turn him over to Border Patrol to go where he belongs. Since he can't prove citizenship, who know what else is all lies? For all you know, he has five other wives in Kenya and is in league with the Taliban. Pretty unlikely I must admit, but we have no way to tell.

Percuteneous means through the skin.So naturally all the injections given through the skin will be percuteneous.
Sub menas below i.e. when the injection is administered just deep to the skin in the subcutemeous massi.e. between the skin and the muscle mass, it is known as subcuteneous.
Some injections, like insulin for diabetes, is given subcuteneously.
Thr perpouse for giving a subcutenoeus injection is to delay the onset of the action of the medicine, as the medicines given by subcuteneous injection is slowly released in the system because the subcutenoeous area is less vascular than the muscles.
