I deliver pizzas for a living, and what the supervisor (the supervisor of my manager) wants to do this experiment. He wants to have a ton of drivers in the store so when a driver comes back from a delivery he or she would have to wait his or her turn, which would mean less $ per driver. He wants to do this so he would not have to hire anyone who wants to work inside only. The drivers would have to do the inside work when they are waiting.

I don't think it is a matter of right or wrong. Your supervisor can decide how things are done. But remember, your not locked into any one job. Feel free to look for better work conditions at another place.

It makes sense. Why have people standing around doing nothing? As long as it fits within the set wage requirements.

Just one thing, when you return from riding your bike or driving your car with the pizza, make sure you wash your hands before touching the dough.
