How come Christianity are so sure that you will go to heaven if you are a Christian? Do you believe that the heaven which is so huge up there are only reserve for Christian. What are proof that Christian will go to Heaven, they could be wrong on the day they died, right? What makes them so sure that followers of other religious will not have their own piece of Heaven? By the way, is it mention in the Bible that those who choose not to be 'saved' will not go to Heaven or maybe it means they have to find their own way there? (No offence to any religious, this is just a question out of my curiousity)

My friend,

When I told a fully-fledged christian if every good deed I have done for others was for something, his answer was, "Everything you have done was for nothing." Sadly, I don't remember the very detail of that day because from there I was in a slight fear of chirstianity...

And yes, from other friends, they were told from a certain recently converted chirstian friend that if you were not saved, you were not only not send to Heaven but just directly send to Hell. Mormons are more merciful... if you died and not saved, but had some good intent, you would be a in a state of pugatory. It means basically you don't go to either heaven or hell... but in-between until a decision.

The answer I can give you is that you should try.. just try... to enjoy life has to offer. Even though they say that, they're being too far-off about it, let alone over-dedicated to God... which isn't a bad thing but it has its disadvantages....

Sorry if it is not a straight answer but that is all I can say.

Noone, not even Christians have any say in whether anyone will go to Heaven or Hell. They don't know, noone does. They believe they will because it's part of thier faith. I don't think that even all "Christians" will go to Heaven either. It depends upon the certain person, each individual has his own fate. I think that anyone who tries thier best to have an open mind about seeking the truth in thier life will at least have a shot. I'm Christian, though not the everyday average kind.

It's a belief. No proof whatsoever. People can only assume that if they follow _____ religion, they'll go to heaven or paradise or whatever. Nobody on this planet knows for sure who is right or who is wrong. Anyone who tells you you're going to hell if you don't believe what they do probably has a fast track ticket there themselves if there is such a place. Believe in what works for you. Don't let others tell you how to think or how to relate to this world. You have a brain, use it.

Christians try to live right and go by the laws of the bible and pray they will go to heaven. And the proof is Gods word which is in the bible if you follow his word.Man has had this religious war for hundreds of years about whos religion is the truth and I belive if we try to love one another and respect others and follow what the bible says we will make it to heaven you can sit at home and pray to God and he will hear your prayers. Just as long as we all believe in One God One faith One Baptism.

I am a free thinker, the reason I don't believe in any religion is because almost all religion say the same thing. If you believe in them, you will get something in return, such as go to heaven. This is certainly nonsence. It's a person who is christain, but committed murder, rape still go to heaven?

In fact, if given a choice, I will never go to the heaven, as it must be a selfish place, as only "people with the same belief" can be there!

Nobody 'goes' to heaven.Jesus Christ returns to stop mankind from killing all life from the planet and begins a 1,000 year period where Satan is removed and the earth is beautified before Satan is once again allowed to spread his way of 'get' and those who follow him will be thrown into the lake of fire at the great white throne judgment. This is the second death as mentioned in the bible(not eternal damnation in hell but a cessation of life). Those who have chosen to follow Christ's way of 'give' will be changed from mortal to immortal.IE 'born again'.
After this period of time God the father returns and brings a new Jerusalem and sets up his home here on earth for all eternity and Satan is cast into the lake of fire with his immortal demons who followed him, never to again challenge God's perfect law.

There are many pathways to God, Heaven, or Paradise. Don't worry about the after life. Live for today and work on leaving positive energy to those around you. The only way to know about Heaven is to be dead, and that's not what you should be concentrating on ... Peace

Firstly, I don't believe the heaven and hell theory. Secondly, and based on the bible which contains stories I don't believe, even Christians are sinners. So they can't claim entry to heaven.

Then I wonder who is in hell? If the only criteria to go to heaven is the belief in Christ, then I am afraid that heaven will be full of bigots, red necks, narrow minded people, let alone killers, etc...

Did not Jesus say. In my Fathers house there are many mansions I go there to prepare a place for you.
As the CREATOR made the SOULS of ALL that WAS and WILL BE from its own body . There is plenty of room in Heaven for all faiths.
