The warrent is well over three years old and it didn't affect me entering the country.

No, there isn't.

And calling the police won't help as they won't tell a stranger over the phone, whos identity they cannot confirm, who is wanted and for what.

Call the Law Enforcement agency where the warrant is suppose to be at, they can tell you. There is NO place on the Internet where you can check the status of a warrant.,only law enforcement can do that.

it depends where you are from kinda... otherwise call the police department and they will tell you, you don't have to tell them who you are.
