He probably already "likes" you, if he calls you sis, so you must mean something more serious. You can't GET someone to love you; especially if they have feelings for someone else.

Some people look at abstract art and love it others could stare at it all day and see nothing in the painting. A person doesn't look at someone with their eyes, they look at a person with their heart and if the heart doesn't see something there his eyes won't either
