Of course not, not logically from their accounts anyway.
But in order to start their respective religions, they had to pretend they were:
(1) talking to God, and
(2) the "last" prophet descended from all the real prophets (which no-one could understand why they should have been last and no-one after them ?!
ONVIOUSLY THESE TWO WERE TALKING TO A WANNABE GOD GIVING THEM INCOMPLETE HALF-TRUTH REVELATIONS, AND WE KNOW WHO THAT ONE HAS BEEN FROM THE BEGINNING
The Book of Joel states that many will prophecy when the Spirit is poured out on them and indeed they are doing just that in the churches yesterday, today and tomorrow. There is obviously no last prophet as far as Christians are concerned, only God and many, many of his prophets all in agreement with each other.

A mesanger from God has to say Jesus Christ is God and he came to the earth in the flesh. This is the only way to no if the Angel or spirit is from God.
