Yes He does.
1 John 4:1-3 - Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 - Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 - And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
1 John 4:5,6 - They are of the world: therefore speak they of thew orld, and the world heareth them. 6 - We are of God: he that knoweth /God heaereth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
Matthew 7:21-23 - Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 - Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 - and then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Psalm 145:17-20-The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. 18 - The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. 19 - He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. 20 - The Lord preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

Yes, and the way he expresses that contempt is by sending them to Hell for eternity.
Also, you must express your belief in Jesus in a very emotional and fervent way. If you are not emotional and fervent about it you could still go to Hell.
God can read your thoughts too, so you must constantly be thinking to yourself how great Jesus is, and you must mean it, cause if you don't, God can tell, and you could still go to Hell.
If truth be known over 95% of the human race will end up in Hell, and God knows that, and he has created Hell many many times larger than Heaven.
You actual chances of getting into Heaven, expressed statistically, are practically zero.

If there's a god, he's/she's/it's nothing at all like human beings. Human beings are irrational, ignorant, emotional and vengeful. Any god that would have the capacity/capability to create an entire universe (or more) must be in complete control of himself/herself/itself or such a task would be impossible.
If there's a god, he/she/it is a scientist. Not someone who's spiteful, destructive and condemning to his/her/it's most valuable creation. Eh?

No. In fact god neither speaks to us nor shows contempt nor judge us. It is the fanatics who do it on his behalf, without waiting for his approval or disapproval.

If there is some deity or set of deities somewhere, the evidence says that he/she/they are neutral in all things.
