just like you said. In Psalm 119:9 it says "How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your word." If you'll life your life based on the teachings in the Bible, you'll live a life of purity.

God Bless!!!

There is no temptation so strong, that God will not show you the way out. Every thought that comes into your mind that may lead you into sin, must be "cast down, and brought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" When you do that, The Lord will take that thought from you. But remember, satan doesn't give up easy, he will put thoughts into your mind many, many times. Cast them down, and you will soon stop. I've had to speak those words in,2nd.Corinthians 10, many times. It works. God gave us power to use His word, against all the tricks of the devil.

By staying away from pornography in any form, by reading the Bible and praying daily, by teaching and preaching about God's Kingdom and by keeping good association with others who love God and by turning away from even thoughts of God dishonoring practices. It can be a struggle at times but it is soooooooo worthwhile.

A young person should continually rtead, study, and obey GOD's HOLY WORD. He/she should be worshipping GOD weekly with a group of Christians so that they may encourage one another. This we do so that we and those around us are able to withstand the wiles of the devil. Have a great week.

By keeping his heart from thinking impure thoughts, watching the company he keeps, and getting closer to God. How can he achieve this? By studying and meditating upon the word of God - the Bible!

I suggest you forget of the righteous god awful past and concentrate on the virtues of modern ethics... You may even pioneer some new and better rules .EG the bible supported slavery but modern ethics don't stoop to such inhumane
conduct.

A young man cannot keep his way pure. To strive for purity involves the sins of vanity, pride, and greed. Strive rather for forgiveness. All have fallen short of the glory of the Lord.

Vanity: I am pure and this makes me good.

Pride: I am pure and better than those who sin.

Greed: I am pure and command more of God's love than others.

I think your idea of "purity" depends entirely on which word of which god you're following.
