My brother-in-law tried after his trainer suggested it, it didn't do anything for him. Everyone is different so you should try it for yourself.

I tried the less expensive Great Earth Vitamins version. I wasn't impressed. What help me was just some slight alterations in my diet along with a workout routine at the gym. I lost 15 lbs in a couple of months.

Stay away from it! read the fine print..the average weight loss was 3 or 4 pounds in something like a 6-8week test!! A placebo(fake pill) could easily have done the same thing. There is absolutely no real science(all psuedoscience) involved in these pills.
