how to suggest a girl that i love her ?

i love a girl in trust but i afraid of saying no .
i think maybe she had engaged.i think she loves me too.

Man isn't that the question all guys would like to know. The answer is how do you feel comfortable doing it? Seems to me you are already having trouble saying it so I do not see a public decleration working out well here. However try just bringing up the subject in general without saying it outright for instance "so how do you feel about love compared to just liking someone" and see how she reacts to that. In the end remember if she does want to hear it she will surely want to hear it coming from your mouth. So please for your own sake don't write her a letter or tell her on the phone etc. you will make it worth alot less than simply telling her like a man infront of her. Just try to stray from awkward situations and make sure she is in the mood to hear something like that.

i'm not sure if i know what you're saying, but if you're asking on advice on how to let her know you're interested, being honest with her is best (unless she's your teacher or someone in a position of authority). personally, i hate when guys play with my mind and i think other girls feel the same way too. we like to know how you feel, not guess at it. if you're going to send her signs that you are interested, make sure you're not sending her mix feelings with it. for example don't, one day seem all into her and then the next not talk to her.
however, for right now, i think the first thing you need to do is figure out where your feelings lie, and also check to see if she's really engaged.

read her body language. does she do things like gently rub u give you a kiss in strange places like your hand or shoulder. just realy sentual things like that cuz if she does she probably loves you. but the only real way to find out is to tell her. if she reacts bad then you were never ment to be. but make sure that you gus have been together for a while dont go telling her you love her a couple of months into the relationship that may freak her out.

be a good friend first. give her more attention and try to always impress her. use simple appreciation laguage, make sure she notices you. buy her small gifts. take it slow, then when the time is right, ask her out. its then....only then, will it be the perfect time to break the ice. well, thats my way.....good luck
