Whole grain crackers - yogurt - cheese - popcorn - pretzels - nuts - rice cakes....remember snack sized portions!!!

you could try whole grain breads, pretzels, low fat milk as drink, yogurts, raisins, nuts, and the like. If you want to have chips, go for those chips with less fat and sodium, read the labels.

But as for me, I enjoy snacks with fruits and veggies! Nothing could replace them.

Pita chip with hummus

Grilled, lean meats and fish

egg white omelets (filled with veggies of course)

whole wheat/grain bread, toasted with a bit of peanut butter

Cheerios, shredded wheat, special K

oatmeal (add a bit of milled flaxseed for omega boost)

dark chocolate (higher percentage of cocoa the healthier), nuts with few ingredients (eg. pistachios with salt), potato chips that are baked, not fried [with no trans fats, hydrogenated oils or monosodium glutamate (MSG)], seaweed (can be considered healthier than most normal snacks), homemade bread sticks with dips that you make yourself (have to check the internet for recipes and all sugars should be reduced if possible or changed to brown/raw sugar), erm...

Complex carbs, like whole wheat bread, unrefined pasta. Low fat or non fat cheese. Protein Bars. Protein drinks. Juice.

Low fat muesli bars, smoothies made with low fat ingredients/soy milk, nuts like walnuts, almonds.... Low fat yoghurt.
