in fact, the act of that would be very illigal.
A 15 year old girl is to young to know what they want and need in life and a 28 year old man needs to know that an act like that is very wrong.

Thats defentially statutory rape. And you have to wonder if the 28 year old guy is totally sane. I mean there has to be something wrong with him if he isnt dating someone his own age. Usually all the guy is doing is using the girl for sex.
