I love dinking coffee but I stopped now because I found out that caffein is not good for health. I drink organic roasted ground grains that taste better than coffee with no caffein. It's in organic section of most grocery store. it's call Tecci....something. I also stopping taking cow milk and drink soy milk. Hydrogenerated milk scars your vein and almost all milk is hydrogenerated. I also stopped taking sugar, instead, I use stevia. I have weak immune system so I have to take care about myself before it's too late.

But everything you consume must come with moderation. Ofcourse you must drink lotsa water when too much intake of coffee. If you can't coffee, go a cup of decaf cuppa! It would make you *smile* and normal!

I don't drink it. I gave it up for a month, and when I went to try it again, it made me totally wired. It turns out I'm sensitive to the caffeine. I could hypothetically have a cup of decaf, but I don't trust restaurants to really, really guarantee that it's decaf, as a lot of them just combine pots so they don't waste coffee. I don't miss it much, although I like the smell.

I've never had a cup of coffee. I think I tasted it when I was about three years old and I didn't like it, so I've never tried it again. Now I'm glad, because I see people spending so much money at Starbucks! I figure I save a couple grand a year.

If you want to drink, then I suggest less coffee and more tea. Coffee can aggrevate 'gas', particularly with 'milk' added to it. ON the other hand "Tea" can do anti-oxidizing which will make you look younger. Green tea is proven to minimize heart deseases.
