You are sort of on the correct path. Instead of looking at it like how much weight should I lose look at more as how "cut" im a willing to get my body at whatever weight. Remember lifting a little bit of weight a ton of times will get you cut... lifting as much weight as you can will not get you any tone what soever instead it will just build muscle strength. If you want to lose a little weight and tone up then do alot of repetition with a decent amount of weight in hand/foot and just watch what you eat.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I would not concentrate on your weight but on increasing your activity level, and on moderating calorie empty foods (foods with low nutritional value) like chips, soda, and sweets. Diets you come off of and more than likely put the weight back on. Some one your age should use a Physical activity (Basketball, Football, Skating, or Hockey to name a few) as exercise. Working out in a gym can be dangerous and boring. Physical activity in game play will give you a healthier looking body, and it will also make you more social.

Try a bmi calculator(you can find them everywhere online). Also try going to your local gym and seeing if anyone has a body fat analyzer. They are much better scale as to where you should be. Aim for about 12-13%

You may be overweight, but that is for your doctor to decide. Talk to him or her about the best plan of action.
