I quit smoking three years ago... best thing I have ever done.
Don't start smoking. Do something else with your money... join a gym, for instance. Please!!!

Don't. Just don't. Take it from a smoker, you'll be better off joining a gym and learning to eat right. Smoking is dangerous to your health and damaging to your appearance. You might be skinny, but you'll have yellow teeth, wrinkled skin and a raspy voice. Trust me. I'm in the process of trying to quit, I hate it. I get headaches and nausea, craving a cigarette is horrible! I don't know about coffee, don't drink it for the most part, but I'm not seeing how it can help you lose weight. Your best bet is to join your local YMCA or other gym and go a session or two with a personal trainer to get an idea of a workout best suited to toning and slimming rather than bulking; and check out perhaps taking a class on nutrition at your local community college to learn about healthy eating habits. This way you'll lose the weight and keep it off, while staying healthy. Good luck.

The bad thing about caffeine is you develop a tolerance to it fairly quick and easy, and in the long run will make you much more tired for the majority of your time(unless you intake more caffeine, but it is a vicious cycle). Cigarrettes do help some people lose weight but the second you get off them the weight will come back and even get worse. Cons definitely outweigh the pros..dont do it.

Yes to all the above. Death has a great way of taking off the pounds, you know.
