Cauliflower is awesome roasted! Put olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper on it and roast it at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
Broccoli is great steamed with butter, salt and pepper.
I've never really heard of mixing the two, except before they're born (broccoflower).

Once I had this dish in an Indian restaurant, where the broccoli was cooked with spices, and it was yummy! It was rather like a stir fry, but the spices gave it such an unusual taste, a bit like vegetable curry but the drier version. I'm sure you can find this recipe in an Indian cookbook.

I too love them both and cauliflower is tremendous once you're on a carb loose nutrition routine, because you could mash it it fake it truly is mashed potatoes, yet you could fool your self with parsnips and turnips too. have you ever tried the brocciflower, yum, it truly is a blend of both, it is the merely element my granddaughter will devour. i will not make a call from both, i love them both notwithstanding the overall practitioner says to devour extra vegetables so I in all likelihood devour extra broccoli!
