i was with this girl for like 8 months, and about a year of kinda sorta before that. anyway, i had to stop talking to her in the summer and i hadnt called her since(I wanted to though). well the situation i was in changed and i called her a few days ago. we were talking and she told me i completely broke her heart , she has a new boyfriend that she sais she likes alot, but that she loves me. She keeps telling me that i cant have a second chance and that shes with this Joe guy. but i was at her house right now and i wouldnt give her back her shoe, you had to be there, unless she kissed me for 5 seconds. she did and kept going after that for about 3 min. she told me right afterwards that she wouldnt answer my calls tomorrow. do i still have a shot with this girl???

The girl probably felt pressure...Lots of times when you're with someone for a while, if you happen to see them again SOME of the feelings end up coming back. But they're not permanent...They're just because they weren't let go of the first time. Sounds like she's just seeing how far along she can drag you. Chances are you probably DONT have a shot with her. IF anything its a rebound...She's in a relationship...She'll test it to the limit to see how far she can take things.
