also i cant block her from all pc she can use them at school at the library and friends i just dont know how this could happen i have all the blocks i watch my kids good i pick them up after school they have 2 be in before dark and i have been calling everyone i can 2 see how i can stop this nut from taking my kid

AMBER ALERT, county DA's office (or child protective services if she is still there), No. 1 is catch whoever she was talking to, you need the computer she used so the police can find his computor address/registration. If teh cross state boundaries it's a job for the FBI.

If your daughter is 14 and the man is over 16 then you can file a restraining order against him. If he tries to see her you can have him arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a miner by encouraging her to run away from home. If he is contacting her on the Internet there are child predator laws on the books that can also stop him File a complaint , hire a lawyer. Get serious, your daughter is headed for big trouble.

Mother of Three oh my this is my worse nightmare .
In a case like this, pull out all the stops. Even if you have to put bars on the windows and lock her in her room.
then get rid of the Internet. and take out the phones. My friend went and talked to the school. the principle escorted her child to the bus and stood out side until the bus left. He met the bus every morning and escorted her daughter to classes.
I would let every one in town know so that every one is looking
talk to her friends maybe one of them can get through to her
but do what ever it takes she might get mad but she will get over it .

Get a copy of the conversation from messenger. Then call 1-800-runaway. If they cant help with that situation they will be able to connect you to someone that can.

If she is underage you are perfectly within your rights to keep her within the confines of your home, and I would have her yahoo messenger account pulled and look for this guy. If she is over 18, the best you can do is try to talk her out of it....

Get her home and keep her there. Thats the only thing you can do and tell her that if her friend is just a friend and not some molester then he can come to the house and meet her there. He wont of course but itll keep her home.

It might be good if you talk to her about it and keep an eye on her. Dont punish her or argue with her unless you believe she wont listen, then youll have to ground her or something. Other than that, get her help or something and try to get this guy identified and possibly arrested (if he's an old geezer).

Tell her if she runs off with him you will have him arrested for corrupting a minor or something like that and have her sent to juvenile detention for willful disobedience (or something like that)...if she sleeps with him , you can have him in jail for child molestation/rape even for kidnapping (I think) since she is a minor..he will have register the rest of his life as a sex offender and this will affect (after he gets out of jail) his ability to get a job and where to live....Tell HIM that!!!Tell his MOM that (if you know her)..Can you get a restraining order to keep him away from her??

if the police wont help you get her picture on the internet, if shes under age,, treat it as an abduction. put flyers out , this is what I would truly do. I hope you find her , ill pray for you and her safty both, God Bless.
