Raw diet is much better. Macro diet is better than a normal meat based diet. There are fat macro people but no fat raw diet people. You can even make it 85% raw. See site below for more on this.

1. Of course vegetarian diets are good. If you are Young and beautiful take regularly veg-salads in your lunch and dinner. Partially boiled veg are good for a little old people.
2. Avoid ice-creams, chocklets and too much of sweet.
3. Avoid oily and fried foods. boiled, baked and raw are good.
4. Of course micro biotic diets can do a better thing than raw. But raw diet is natural. Any thing natural is harmless and enhance your total body health and youth.
5. Above all regular exercises, pranayama and some yoga practise are essential.

It's always best to eat raw food, then you have to eat less of it and get more goodness, this also apllies to fish and seafood and I think probably meat too, it's ok if you eat a bit of lean meat, a nice steak tartare, oysters, sushi... As well as loosing weight from eating raw vegetables you will feel in high spirits and alive as you will be eating healthy food that is getting digested quickly and is full of nutrients, avoid too much grains, potatoes and higly starchy foods, but do include them and holemeal only of course! Organic too.
