I oversleep a lot, and because I feel really "heavy" in the morning, I would not wake up until early noon.. It's the Spring Holiday, so it not affecting my education, not yet! But because of this, I tend to stay up much later than usual..

How can I fix this? Alarms and wake up calls are uSeLeSs..

Sleeping is one of the most import anti-depressives. And not only that, if you don’t fix it now, in time it will get harder to correct and the situation and might even get worse; and that will affect things like education(if you can go to college, you will not regret it), relationships and in the future problems with job interviews and job related.
If you are used to only wake up until early noon, then if you set the alarm or wake up call to 8AM, then its obviously useless and will do more harm to your health than good. Try gradually, like for a week set the alarm to 11AM, the next week 10AM(if you think you are ready). And because you will start to wake up earlier than usual you might get sleepy during the day(maybe after lunch), but don’t go to sleep, because if you do you will not get sleepy at night.
At night, if you feel sleepy grab the opportunity, don’t force your body to stay awake. Don’t make the mistake of going to bed too soon(unless you are feeling sleepy), because if you do, you will not go to sleep, and there is the risk of staying awake all night! Go to bed after 10PM, but the long term goal is to never go to bed after 12PM(people who start doing that, start getting sleeping disorders like you).
Let me tell you, THIS IS HARD TO DO, and you will probably fail many times until success, and when you succeed try to stay that way(don’t step back on holidays).
I wish I could help you more, but this is all I know. Maybe if you ask your Doctor, but probably the Doctor will give you sleeping pills and that can be used but it’s dangerous because you can get addicted and that will be much worse.

PS: I do this and don’t need coffee, coffee is not good for your health, but if you must then drink it in the morning.

you need to get used to a certain schedule for yourself.. even though you have nothing that special planned for the day. set a specific time for you to wake up in the morning... eat breakfast, have some coffee, read a book, watch the news.. wake yourself up... take shower if you have to wake up. an adult only needs 6-8 hours of sleep to function. if you oversleep you tend to feel "heavy" and become lazy and because you have overslept you tend to stay up late at night to compensate for the amount of sleep you took.
