I can only answer for California purchases. The answer is No. There is a stated law for New Cars that there is no cooling off period. Unless the dealer confirmed in writing that you could or you have what is known as Lemon Law rights, you cannot return a New Car.
There is a return contract you can purchase for a Used vehicle purchase which can cost up to $750.00 if you return the vehicle providing you put less than 250 miles on it. But this is for used purchases only.

the law is different everywhere
here if you buy something the company does not have to take it back (you could change you mind 3 minutes after buying it but it is too late)
some places there is a "cooling down"period that you can return purchases
You should check with your local better business bureau

Laws are obviously different everywhere, but here, in Louisiana, you have 3 days to return it, or you can return it if you have not yet insured it. I have no idea why that is, other than it is Louisiana and we have silly laws… best of luck…

depends where you got it from and the rules for that car. Did you sign a lease? Usually you can trade it in for something else

u can sell it back but u more than likely won't get what you paid. the minute you drive off that car lot, your brand new car loses a lot of its value. sorry to break it to you :(
