In the morning, when I eat bread or sweet things (not fruit or cereal), after a few bites the roof of my mouth by the back hurts so much that I can't swallow. At first I thought it was cinnamon but it does it with other foods as well. And it only does it when its the first thing I eat, what could I be allgergic to??

there is a test called the scratch test wherein the doc specifically an allergologist doctor will scratch several things on your skin and it will determine food, medication and all allergies. it really helps for allergic persons. then he will give you a maintainance medication that you will take in case any allergic reaction will arise. :-) allergies could be dangerous but they are very manageable once you know what you are allergic too. :-) God bless you.

This doesn't sound like an allergy. Allergies usually cause numbness, tingling, itching, and puffiness - not pain. It sounds like you have tonsillitis or infected adenoid glands. Snoring or a stuffy nose that causes you to breathe out of your mouth at night can also cause the uvula to become dried out and hypersensitive in the morning. Tonsillitis should hurt about the same at all meals. If the problem occurs only in the morning, then its more likely related to snoring or nasal congestion.
You can check this yourself by looking in the mirror and shining a flashlight at the back of your mouth in the morning, and then later in the day. If you have tonsillitis or infected adenoid glands, the roof of your mouth and the uvula (the little thing dangling down) should appear bright red, maybe even a little bleeding both time you check. If the problem is related to snoring or nasal congestion, you might notice irritation in the morning,\ that clears up by the end of the day.

You'd be surprised at what is actually in what you eat. You could be allergic to gluten or soy. Both are common allergens and they're in just about everything. Yes there is soy in bread. I'm allergic to it and I have to bake my own bread because almost every bread you buy has it. You could also be allergic to nuts which could be in the bread or sweets. You could also be allergic to certain preservatives. You'll need to get an allergy test. Your doctor can refer you to someone that can do it for you. Until then, try to buy your foods at a natural foods store and look at the labels to make sure that the foods are pure and have no pesticides, preservatives or fillers.

It may be from the seeds on the bread or some type of nut extract. A lot of people are allergic to peanut butter. If it is only in the morning, it may be an allergic reaction to a pet from breathing all night and then it starts a reaction once you start eating something.

Allergies are sinius pressure, sneezing, swollen anything, difficulty breathing or swallowing, not pain.
It sounds like something is going on at night. You could have allergies that are active at night. You should go to your doc or ENT to get it checked out.
