I use the generic GNC womens multi... I know it disolved cause for some reason, they always make me burp about 30min later and I can taste the vitamin.. So I know its all broken up by then.. Also my pee turns bright yellow and smells of vitamins for the next day.. so I know it broke up enough to do that also..

I'd take that story about the vitamins in the porta-potty as a fun story, but not very realistic. For a good vitamin, just get yourself a One-A-Day generic at the supermarket. They're the same as the brand name ones, and a lot less expensive.

The best vitamins are in fruits and vegetables. Taking vitamin supplements is not a bad thing to do but it is not something to rely upon. The best thing you can do is eat a good diet.

That is an urban myth about Centrum in ports potties.

Do some vitamin research on the web to find out what brands are well absorbed by the body. One brand that is well absorbed is MelaVita. The vitamin story has been around for a longgggggggggg time.
