ok so the guy i was crushing finds out that i thought he was attractive and its not a big deal for me, but then when i tried to follow some advice...he made me feel like a complete idiot. i tried to talk to him like how i would before i even liked him and then he asked "why are you calling me?" in a very disrespectful tone of voice. i was shocked because i have never heard him talk that to me or any other girl. i told him i was looking for someone’s number and was wondering if he could help but it turned out bad. now i have to go and see him tomorrow. can anyone give me advice on how i can handle this situation.

YOU CAN'T LET HIM KNOW THAT IT BOTHERS YOU!!! Act as if nothing is wrong. If a guy treats you bad then he is not worth ne of your time! I'm not saying not to give him a second chance, but if it happens again forget him! Tomorrow, just play it kewl!!! If he approaches you act like you would on ne other day!

Why do you need to go see him? If I were you I would not go see him. If you can, send him an email. In the email tell him that you thought about the phone conversation and you can't believe what a jerk he was. You simply wanted to get a phone number. Also tell him that he should get over yourself because even though you think he is attractive you don't think he is "all that" and that there are other guys that you find ALOT more attractive. Also, tell him that it is unfortunate and that you apologize for calling him and that he does not have to worry about you calling him again if he is going to make a big deal about it. (p.s. you didn't call him during the Superbowl game did you? Big no-no)

Sounds to me like he is uncomfortable around you because he knows you like him. He's lashing out because he is uncomfortable when he talks to you. He is pushing you away, so....forget him.
Say hi, if he says hi. Other than that, treat him like someone you don't know. Don't go out of your way to recognize him. Give him space and leave him alone. If he confronts you about avoiding him, let him know you don't appreciate the way he talked to you and don't hang with mean people. Tell him there are four other directions you can go and you choose not to go in his direction when he's being such a jerk.
Sooner or later he will grow up and get over it. If he doesn't, you will already be going on with your life and it won't matter.

The more of a big deal you make this out to be, the more of a big deal it will become. Just carry on as if nothing had happened. If you happen to run into him and he says Hi, you say Hi back and keep walking. If he ignores you, you ignore him.

he is the loser not you, if you can find a way to ignore him and not talk to him or see him at all then do that, you dont need to get caught up with that annoying, no regard for a womans feelings, he is an idiot , dont even talk to him, he does not deserve you

Why do you have to go see him tomorrow?
If you HAVE to be with him, like at work, then just smile, be light and pleasant, and go about doing your thing. Blow it all off your shoulder and move on. Be cool and confident and you'll be ok, even if it's an act.

You were crushing him or had a crush ON him? anyway tell him what you told us. If he's still a jerk, loosen your grip (on him) to widen your view (on other possibilities).
