There's not a guarantee in any verse. Not for heaven, but only for eternal life.

The current heaven is of a different dimension and cannot be seen by man unless God reveals it, which He has done on several occasions to His prophets (Isaiah 6; Ezekiel 1; Daniel 7:9-10; 2Corinthians 12:1-4; Revelation 1, 4-5). God is on a throne in the current heaven, and the Bible states that Jesus, the Lamb of God, is seated at the right hand of the Father on that throne, until He returns to judge the earth and establish His kingdom on earth.

What most people call "heaven" is actually an eternal city which the Bible calls the "new Jerusalem" (Revelation 21:2). This will be a new heaven, because the first heaven and the first earth will have passed away (Revelation 21:1). The eternal city is described like this:

"Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" (Revelation 21:3-5) The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. (Rev 21:23)

The new Jerusalem will be the eternal home of God's people. Of this place, the Bible says that "nothing unclean and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life" (Revelation 21:27).

We are told that all people will undergo a bodily resurrection from the dead, and all will appear before the judgment seat of Christ (Revelation 20:11-13). Though Jesus initially came to the earth as a Savior, He will now act as Judge. Those whose names are not found written in the Lamb's book of life will be cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:14-15).

The idea that everyone will go to heaven and see their relatives is not a biblical idea at all.

You will note two things from the scriptures above. None say you will have it in heaven, and it refers to both eternal (immortal) life and everlasting life, which are two different things. When one has eternal life, the only way for them to come to an end is by Destruction by God. Satan and the fallen angels have eternal life, meaning they cannot die, in the sense we die, but they can be destroyed or their existence ended for all time. Those with everlasting life, such as Christ, can die as a result of severe injury.

Those with eternal life are the ones who are born again and will be resurrected to go to heaven, but those with everlasting life will be resurrected to life on earth. They will live without aging, but they can still die from severe injury.

2 Timothy 2:10 - "On this account I go on enduring all things for the sake of the chosen ones, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in union with Christ Jesus along with everlasting glory." Who are the chosen ones? Luke 12:32: “Have no fear, little flock, because your Father has approved of giving you the kingdom.” Rev. 14:1-3: “I saw, and, look! the Lamb [Jesus Christ] standing upon the Mount Zion [in heaven; see Hebrews 12:22-24], and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads. . . . And they are singing as if a new song . . . and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth.” They are not natural Jews. Rev. 7:4-8: “I heard the number of those who were sealed, a hundred and forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel: . . . Judah . . . Reuben . . . Gad . . . Asher . . . Naphtali . . . Manasseh . . . Simeon . . . Levi . . . Issachar . . . Zebulun . . . Joseph . . . Benjamin.” These cannot be the tribes of natural Israel because there never was a tribe of Joseph, the tribes of Ephraim and Dan are not included in the list here, and the Levites were set aside for service in connection with the temple but were not reckoned as one of the 12 tribes. See Numbers 1:4-16. In Rev. 22:5 John closes out this magnificent vision by saying of these slaves of God: “And they will rule as kings forever and ever.” What Jehovah has in mind for Jesus and the 144,000 after that, we do not know. But Revelation assures us that their privileged sacred service to Jehovah will continue into all eternity. Speaking of what the angels would do with the “weeds” after having bound them up, Jesus added: “They will pitch them into the fiery furnace. There is where their weeping and the gnashing of their teeth will be.” (Matt. 13:42) Remember that this is a parable. If the “wheat” (true Christians) and the “weeds” (false Christians) are symbolic, so are the “fiery furnace,” the “weeping” and the ‘gnashing of teeth.’ Matthew 25:41, 46 shows that “everlasting fire” symbolizes “everlasting cutting-off,” and Revelation (20:14; 21:8) says that the “lake of fire” means “the second death,” destruction with no hope of a resurrection. So the “weeds” are heading for destruction. Since the “fiery furnace” symbolizes total destruction, the “weeping and the gnashing of their teeth” on the part of the “weeds” must take place before they are destroyed. Being exposed with hard-hitting Scriptural truths, all such “weeds” will do more lamenting and teeth-grinding when the “Son of man” comes shortly to destroy them and the rest of Satan’s world.—Matt. 24:30.

Sorry, there isn't one that guarantees it to me. In fact, I know if I get eternal life it will be here on the earth. The annointed who will rule as kings and priests with Christ are the only ones who are promised life in heaven.

John 3. It writes about being born again to see the Kingdom of God. Spiritual birth results in spiritual eyes. The Kingdom of God is within. And that God so loved the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son (compare Abraham who was willing to give his only begotten sin, knowing God would keep His promise & even raise his son from the dead) that whosoever believeth in Him will not perish but will have everlasting life. God provided the sacrifice for our sins. And He raised from the dead.

Whosoever confesses Jesus Christ Lord and believes in their heart in the Resurrection shall be saved.

Also at the end of one of the Gospels, The thief told the other thief that riled at Jesus, that they were guilty of the crime they were accused of. He told Jesus that Jesus was innocent & unrighteously condemn, confessing Jesus Christ Lord and asked Him, "Lord, please remember me when you enter into your Kingdom. (Confessing Jesus King). Jesus turned to Him, "Today, you will be with me in Paradise.". Paradise & heaven are the same thing. Also the bosom of Abraham. When Jesus raised from the dead, these went to the 3rd Heaven & that is where Paradise is, in the 3rd heaven. That is our soul/ spirit, of those redeemed by His shed blood.

Eternal life in Heaven is only guaranteed by the fact that all souls past, present and future were created by the CREATOR of ALL THINGS . so our souls are but Facets of the CREATOR.And it is the soul that will be in Heaven .
