I basically just wanted to know if you go to church on Saturday then also on Sunday can you take communion both days. Why or why not?

Yes. You can receive up to twice a day, as long as the second time is during Mass, unless you are in danger of death (canons 917 and 921.2).

You can receive Communion no more than twice in a 24-hour period. Therefore, it would be okay for you to receive Communion both Saturday & Sunday.

Holy Communion is only supposed to be taken once a month. I don't think your church does it correctly.

There is no set number of times, other than you should take one each time you go.
And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them saying,
This is my body which is given for you: this do in rememberance of me.
