I am a firm believer in god, not all that knowlegable of biblical scriptures in detail , but an overall big picture painted by major events and timelines of history. But theres one thing that always made me wonder about our full porpose of being. here it is, as i understand , the first thing told of is a heaven that has no begging. no problem i accept that , but heaven has a fallin angel , or a disagreement between god , and the right hand angel of god. In heaven this happens. well , not just that, but one so bad it tears heaven into two sides, with such influence to be able to convince a third of its population to side with ark angel, and angering god so much he casts them out. and again this is heaven.what we do have to believe is after life is a promise land where no evil exsists, but it did at one time, right? if i got this right anyways. and it does back the reasons to have our life here as a test, and to have judgement day . as god will only allow those that have past lifes test for placement in heavens promised land without evils ????????????? right? what happened? will it again? and ty

God states in his word that he created everything, this would include evil or the ability to commit evil.

Evil, simply defined is anything that goes against Gods will. God is all good, so evil would be what God declares not good.

What Lucifer (the devil) did was to place himself equal to God, and even aspired to be above God. Yes, one third of the angels in heaven at the time chose to follow the one that deceived them into believing that they were following the almighty one.

They have, according to the bible, been cast out of heaven so that heaven is once again a peaceful and good place devoid of sin.

They were cast down to the earth, and this is where we fight them to this day. The devil does not walk the earth at the moment, but his demons (fallen angels) do. The devil was cast into the bottomless pit after Jesus Chirst defeated death and obtained the keys to Hell and heaven.

The devil will be allowed out of the pit for a season, and it will be Hell on earth. He will be the power and the miracles behind the anti-Christ that the nation of Israel will name as the Messiah.

After all this has come to pass, (with quite a bit left out) heaven and earth will pass away. A new heaven and a new earth will replace them and once again we will be restored to perfect union with God. We will have come full circle and the punishment and the curses placed on us will be gone.

You have a very deep question here. I'm glad you're a firm beleiver in your God, that will help you in the answers you receive on here. HAve you asked your preacher your question yet? Or, another bible scholar? Perhaps a deacon or someone else higher in the church?

No one can no for sure what will happen once we die, or even where we will go until we get there. The Bible is supposed to be written by God, but I think humans messed it up over the years personally...between all the many many years of copying it by hand (monks) and each person's interpretations, etc. Maybe not done on purpose, but messed up some all the same. If your God did mean it as a 'road map' for how to live, should we unperfect humans have to guess at what it means?? I had thought it would be clearer than that.

Just for the record, I was raised a Babtist and live in the center of the 'bible belt' region. I had/have similar questions to the one you posted here... No one, not even the higher-ups in the church gave me a good, real, honest answer, so I gave up and searched for the answer myself. It occurred to me that if said people were my spiritual leaders, than they should know what they're talking about...and yet they didn't have all the answers.

I truly hope you find out what you're looking for, and I'm sorry I don't think I was much help. Please don't doubt your beleifs, you do beleive them for a reason. Nothing is wrong with questioning, it keeps the big wigs on their toes when you get good ones like this.

Hmmmmmmm-well, you really have lots of things sort of mixed up but I think I still understand the question. The Archangel did not rebel against God but a trusted angel did. He lied to Eve about God and caused her to disobey God and then she brought this to Adam, who then also disobeyed and because of that, we have sin and death. So, God immediately made a provision for his only begotten son (we know him as Jesus Christ) to come here as a substitute for Adam (the Bible calls him the second Adam) and sacrifice his own perfect life so that we can be released from the sin and death which we inherited. Since he did this faithfully, he was granted the right to rule at God's right hand as the ruler of earth for 1,000 years. During this time, he cast Satan and all his demons out of heaven and confined them to the earth. Soon, he will also lock them in a pit of inactivity where they are unable to influence or cause trouble for anyone on earth. He will also do away with false religion, corrupt capitalism, men's governments and all those who refuse to obey God. Finally, he will do away with death itself. Our full purpose in being??? It is to love and serve God and be happy in doing so. He has given us the wonderful ability to experience the earth in all it's splendor. Most of us will live here on earth happily. The dead who have remained alive in God's memory will live again and we will be reunited with them. The only ones who will live in heaven are those who have been bought from the earth to rule as kings and priests with Christ--just a little bonus God gave him for being faithful unto death. No unrighteousness will ever happen again either in heaven or on earth. You will know it has begun when the governments close the false religions--the Bible says God will put it into their minds to do this.

Good question. Lucifer from what i have learned was a Arch Angel in charge over a third of the Angels in heaven, along with Michael and Gabrael. I've been told he was in charge of the orchestra in heaven at one point with his back facing God . He became arrogant or something like that, and wanted to be God. This is impossible He is also called the accuser, accusing Gods chosen elect to have them cast out like him. The tattle tail. He is a ferocious lion seeking who he can devour. He has been cursed to the best of my knowledge. Anyway you can see Satan's fruit/ spirit working threw humanity. Every evil dictator that ever lived Hitler, Saddam, etc.. His greed and lust for power was so great he would have destroyed heaven to gain control over it and threw his spirit of bondage he works threw these dictators to accomplish his evil.; They would destroy the earth to gain control and destroy anyone who gets in the way, just like the New World Order is preparing to do. As far as what happens when we enter Heaven I just pray to God that I will be their, and not the alturnative.

Yes, if you have read the book of Revelations it tells us that Jesus will reign for a thousand years and then once again Satan will be released from his chains and try to deceive the people on the earth that were born during that thousand years. There will be a war against God once again but afterwords there will be eternity of peace in God's presence.
