I am a teenager and I want to buy a new alarm clock. I've had the same alarm clock forever and I want to buy a new one.

I'm looking for an affordable alarm clock ($30 and under) that has a clear display that stays lit all the time...I don't want a cheap alarm clock though.

Any suggestions???
Thank you for any help or referals.

Honestly I've gone through at least a hundred alarm clocks, and the best one I've ever had was a cheap one from Wal-Mart. Cost me $5, and I've had it for 4 years now. Works great, never fails. A few years back I had a $80 alarm clock from Brookstone (yes, I know, that's rediculous, but at the time let's just say I could afford it) that broke probably two-weeks later. If you want a dependable one, I'd just reccomend a cheap digital.

You can get a good alarm clock for way under $30. One is a Big Ben manual wind-up clock, the other is a battery operated Timex.
I have the Timex, keeps perfect time, the alarm starts out low then steadily grows louder. Don`t depend on an electric alarm, unless battery backed-up. The power could go off during the night, making u late.

Well the greatest store to go and get alarm clocks is the The Source. They have really cool and cheap alarm clocks. My brother bought an alarm clock from there for 30 dollars and it plays radio and has 2 alarms and its really looks cool. Some of them do play music...and thats the only store i know. Good Luck!! :D

Buy an alarm clock that has both a radio and a buzzard built into it. Also, buy one that has a battery back up. This way, if the power goes out, you won't oversleep.
