Uh i'm in the medical field and i just wanna let you know that any weight loss pill is not good for you and they only work if you are on a diet and on a steady workout personally i recommend a one a day pill, its a vitamin but they have a lose weight one that has all the vitamin ingredients and green tea extra thats what i use but you have to diet and work out

pills will generally only mess up your internal organs (liver, kidneys, spleen) if you need to lose a little weight, try doing a few days of yoga to up your metabolism a bit...and dont eat junk foods.

GO TO A HEALTH FOOD STORE AND ASK WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU. I WOULDN'T TRUST ANYTHING THE TV HAD TO OFFER ABOUT HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT. YOU NEVER KNOW THE EFFECTS IT WOULD HAVE ON YOU.
