Isn't she a great-aunt?
"grandma" is your (lets just say) Mothers', Mother,
Therfor her sister would be your Mothers Aunty, making her your Great Aunt.
Hope that's not too confusing, I am trying to put it in my kids context, as they have a great aunts, which are my mothers sisters!

We always said, "great aunt," just as Grandma's mother would be "great grandmother."

She would be your Great Aunt. But don't call her that because it makes her sound older and we women hate that! Just address her as Aunt_______!
