I HAVE AN IBOOK AND I WANT TO EDIT PHOTOS. LIKE BLURR OUT FACES, ADD WORDS, COOL DESIGNS... AND SO ON. HOW DO I DO IT???

The answer to your question, of course is Adobe Photoshop..... but if ti is too pricey for you, you might consider Photoshop elements. it doesn't have all the tools of the Photoshop package but it has a lot of them and you can do a lot with it, and it's inexpensive............

I use Paint Shop Pro 9 I downloaded it off of Limewire.

use a photo editing package such as the gimp (its free just google it). Then you can do virtually anything you want

first of all scan the pictures , load on to your PC, and work on Photoshop software,
