It's all about the approach, and depends how well you know her. Personally I would reccommend just going in there and asking her. You have nothing to lose, just tell her you were thinking of getting dinner later and thought maybe she'd like to join you. Worst case she says no, but you'll be eating alone if you don't ask her anyways.

Same as any other girl that doesn't work at a gas station. Walk up to her...ask for her name...start talking to her...and then eventually ask her out. Unless you want to write "go out with me?" with the gas pump all over the concrete?
