PETA kills off the animals in their "so-called" care. Then dump them in alleys because they're too cheap to dispose of the bodies properly. Of cousre, they don't want to lose all that money from the Hollywood Stars would they??
PETA's goal is to STOP ALL OWNERSHIP of any animal. Their agenda is to "free" all animals. Yep.... run the streets, starve, get killed by cars and nasty people.
Yep.... People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.... uh, huh.

PETA is a horrible association. They a group of people with no concept of real evil.
Among the acts that PETA gets involved in - fire bombing research labs, urging children in school to do the same. They feel there is nothing wrong with domestic terrorism in the name of their cause. They support groups like ALF and ELF - both groups are considered terrorist groups and highly dangerous by law enforcement.
Nor do they flinch at their own hypocrisy. Dear vice president, Mary Beth Sweetland of PETA suffers from diabetes. Not a problem, many people do. But she treats hers with a drug that was developed with animal research. Yet so many, like president Ingrid say they are willing to die for the life of an animal. ....yeah right Mary, just not the ones that need to die to save your life?
PETA also openly attacks the following groups: March of Dimes, the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the American Cancer Society.
They collected more than $16 million in donations but are unable to account for how every single dime of that money is spent.

Peta is a bunch of directionless nutjobs who really have no idea what the issues are.
They do more harm than good.
I think we should all ignore them and give our money to the SPCA. They have clearly defined goals and strategies for ending animals suffering. Just because euthanasia of homeless pets is a necessary evil right now, doesn't mean they are in the wrong. They are doing more for animals than PETA.

I've always said that there are three sides to every story! In this case, it's PETA's side, petakillsanimals.com's side, and the truth. I don't support PETA at all, but I'm as distrusting of the petakillsanimals.com website as I am PETA! The website is the same type of biased fanaticism; it just supports the other side!

They should, but PETA believes that it is cruel to own animals of any kind. They recently sent out a newsletter saying that all of the members should release their dogs back to the wild and "liberate" any dog that you see. In my opinion that is WAY meaner to the dog than to keep it "in captivity."

i agree. i find it disgusting that a group that complains and fights like crazy for the liberation of lab animals (which i applaud them for), can then destroy perfectly wonderful companion animals!
i just don't get it.
they justify their killing by saying that they are better off dead than in loving homes. why? cause they don't think dogs/cats....any animal for that matter should be 'owned' by humans, they liken it to slavery.
considering that dogs/cats/etc. are DOMESTICATED animals and are not wild animals i find their logic insane!
