No, if you are reimbursed by your employer you cannot take a deduction for the tuition.

Remember you can only deduct something that you have declared already. To deduct that then you have to declair the money as income.

Some school fees are deductible. If another paid for it then they are the ones that get the benefit of the deduction. You can't deduct something you did not receive. you will have to add the money to your income and then deduct it if that schooling qualities.
