Gah, I know too much music! By the way, I like Flyleaf too.
(searches mind for hard rock music archives in brain)
Well, if you're ever in an angry mood and work out to blow off steam, I'd recommend Kittie (all songs, but try Brackish first) or Jack Off Jill (American Made, Horrible). Extremely angsty screaming female voices, but I like them quite a bit. I don't think Incubus is technically hard rock, but they're full of anger too...and I like to work out to them.
And, then I'd go for Ozzy Osbourne, seriously...if you just want some energy and fun. And I think Lacuna Coil (Try their album Karma Code) has a really good sound, even though I'm not too crazy about the lyrics...but I guess that wouldn't matter if you were just in it for the beat and rhythm.
Good luck on your workout! Hope I helped.

I listen to a band called Throwdown when I work out. They get me really pumped up, but are a little on the heavy side if that bothers you.

Eye of the Tiger...
Sylvester workouts his *** off wid this song in background in RockyIV... n the songs inspiring too...
Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive
So many times, it happens too fast
You change your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive
It's the eye of the tiger, it's the cream of the fight
Risin' up to the challenge of our rival
And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night
And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger
Face to face, out in the heat
Hangin' tough, stayin' hungry
They stack the odds 'til we take to the street
For we kill with the skill to survive
Risin' up, straight to the top
Have the guts, got the glory
Went the distance, now I'm not gonna stop
Just a man and his will to survive
The eye of the tiger

I usually have AC/DC in my headphones when I cycle, if that's any help. Take your pick, AC/DC is AC/DC is AC/DC. So OK, so what th'hell's a 105.7 the point? This "internet" thing isn't a local phenomenon, so (literally) the entire world has no idea what you're talking about.
