yes!!! The Bible is consistently a point of view and belief....its old saying and folklore...its not about if you believe in "GOD" or not...but mythologies consist of the same aspect as the bible and mythologies are stories like the Zeus or Hercules...in their time, they're not considered myths but true facts...its the same situation as the Bible today....its not proven so its not a fact wether you believe in the bible or not ...then your belief is considered a BELIEF(not a fact)...or a theory because there is no strong proof of evidence and bible is not a fact because facts are considered a statement that leaves no room for doubt or reasoning and the bible has many of that...in fact it has countless contradictions...and actually the only strong evidence you get from the bible is informations you get from people...but people are not perfect they are not reliable when it comes to facts..(look at the government ..lol).... if i say 1+1=2 then that is the fact because it leaves no room for contradictions or other reasoning...but if you say there is something called "hell" that is a myth because there is no evidence for that...its all point of view, a belief, a faith, a theory....

In addition to being a religious text, the Bible is also a history book. Even if one chooses to ignore context relating to the Judea-Christian faith; the dates, events and lineage mentioned in the bible are rooted in fact.

Thats a great question. Be interesting to see if people are open to talking about it, or if just brings the haters out. Saw a bumper sticker the other day with a quote attributed to Ghandi "I like your Christ, but I don't like your Christians. They are not much like your Christ"
Peace, out

Yup. But since majority rules popular opinion, it's still considered a religion (as if it could be taken seriously, even though there's nothing scientific to back up their claims, not to mention the contradictions)
