More detail would be helpful here. But i will say, what i did when my heart was broken was to find ways to distract myself. Start a new hobby. i learned how to rollerskate and started playing a musical instrument. i also spent many, many hours sitting by a lake weeping like crazy. It made me tired, but it is cleansing to get the pain out. You will not forget your heartbreak...i would suggest writing it down. Journaling is very helpful in painful, confusing situations. i wish i could help more. i know broken hearts are no fun. Time WILL ease the pain, even though you may not believe that now. I absolutely do NOT recommend alcohol. That only makes you feel worse. Hang in there and best wishes.

when my heart get broken
i do cry, and cry a lot to get the pain out.
but i do cry alone, i dont let others know i feel it\\
perhaps if i shared it it wouldnt be that hard to feel
when my heart gets broken
at first i get mad and hate the one who did it to my heart
but as days, months years pass by
i learn to thank the idea that somehow in someway they had made me happy
if i was sad today, then i must have been happy once,
so i do forgive and let it pass
and go on experiencing again

mine was broken also recently. i started spending time with others and telling myself that i can do better. i invited another guy over to watch movies. not to get envolved but to just have a friend. i get out and do things and thank god that the person is gone cuz i can do better.

Your girlfriends (if you're a female) is your antedote. Occupy your time with them. That's what friends are for.
Hope you feel better.
