#1. Step back. NOTHING in this life is worth freaking out about- unless your hair is on fire; you're at the wrong end of a gun; or your darkest secret is about to be revealed on the 5 o'clock news. #2. Pace yourself. Don't be in such a rush to get to your grave. Take charge of your time- & do things methodically & systematically... If that's not fast enough for others, tell them it's a "big world...-get lost in it". If they're not willing to wait for YOU- they're not worth following. & #3. Enjoy the "process" (afka- stopping to smell the roses). Don't waste your life "looking forward" to things. Every HOUR has something to offer... You're going to get "somewhere"- no matter what. -So enjoy the everyday stuff...& keep your eyes & ears OPEN. The more aware you are- the more LIFE you'll experience & enjoy. Good luck! :)

First, take a deep breath. Hold it for ten seconds. Let it out.
Everyone has a stressful life at some point, the trick is knowing how to balance everything. Try doing the things that are most important first, and least important last.
Make sure to make some time for you in each day. Give yourslef atleast 1 to 3 hours each day to just relax!
And believe it or not, the foods you eat can stress you out!
Banana's, nuts, meats, apples, vegi's (anything with protien or foods that are self-satisfying but good for you are perfect)
Good Luck!

First you have to learn a few things. You cause your own stress. Only you can cause yourself stress. If you let someone make you mad you let them control you. You can get upset with yourself but then you must let it go and move on. Deal with the problem in front of you and do not worry about the rest (of your problems) till it is thier time. Take your time and do things right the best you can in the time you have. If you are not that good then you may not finish but you will get better and the speed will come with experiene. You are good in not better than many others and from your own eyes you are able to do what evr you want. Just have to find what you are good at. Just deal with one thing at the time and do what you can. Let the rest go till thier time. When things are piling up just go by priority. Do not stress over nothing. One thing at the time. You will find the time to do what you need.

Do you wear glasses? People who wear glasses/contacts (nearsighted) tend to be more tense:
you can improve your vision naturally (get rid of glasses) with this book. Read the comments. My vision has gotten better with
the methods in this book. They don't like calling it a method but a way of life( things you shoudl always do, how people with good vision habits see without glasses):
http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/1556433417/ref=s9_asin_image_1/103-6091374-7742209
They talk about living in the present and not the past. I used to be really stressed and people would always tell me I worried too much or I was too nervous and my glasses had a high prescription. I feel calmer now, it's the book but also something else in my life, but I think the book does and will help.
If you have Aim, write that in your questions, under your question and we can talk on aim.

I suggest getting rid of all the stuff you don't need to do (stick to what you NEED to do). If its still stressful, set a free day dedicated ONLY to your tasks. Then a heavy weight will be lifted off your chest.
If your stress is emotional and not because of work then go hang out with friends, be adventurous, try new things, have fun, and you're stress will be no more.

you can start by figuring out what exactly is the cause of your stress & try to work on eliminating the cause. if that is not possible, think of how you can make time to relax. some people do yoga and others just take a nice warm bubble bath. you just need to make at least 5 minutes of time a day to relax and take a time out from your stresses.
it really does take work to learn how to relax...
