Have you ever noticed the braille writing on the drive-thru ATM machines?

Why do they have those if blind people can't drive?

Unfortunately, a legally blind person may see (or have seen) well enough to pass the driving test! The braille is on the machine, because it was mass-manufactured and is not always placed in a "drive-in" location! Also, some people do WALK up to these "drive-in" locations.

I get puzzled over that as well, but what I truly don't get are all the handicapp parking places at my local gym, and now they have spots in front of grocery stores for "mother's with babies and small children" way up close next to the handicapp spots. Give me a break! I guess I just have parking space envy-where's all the spots for young, confident, independent people? Oh yeah now I remember 3 buildings away from where you actually want to be.!

dude think about it....

Blind people have "un"blind companions, so the unblind will take the blind guy to the ATM machines, then the blind guy is own his own.....

I know....its pretty much dumb. Doesn't make any sense. Its cause some stupid person would probably sue a company for discriminating against blide people if they didn't.....dumb.
