well i would let you know i don't agree with you and inquire as to how you arrived at this conclusion. If your conclusion is based on what the media or misguided Muslims have taught you about Islam, I would use valid sources to explain what Islam really is. I'm fairly confident I would inject some doubt into your original conclusion therefore clarifying your mind regarding the truth about Islam. I wouldn't walk away without first stating my side of the story, nor would I take your opinion personally.

Actually I would look you deep in the eye and say you are welcome to your opinion and I am welcome to mine; neither one of us is wrong. Understand that there is no religion that is ever going to be peaceful. Every religion has its ups and downs. Islam just has more attention now; though be it in a negative way. Think about it, it could've been Christianity, and lucky for them it was not. It could have been another religion, no most definitely Islam is not a religion of peace. Why because only a small fraction of the people cannot find peace within themselves. The peace I believe you are referring to, has to come within ourselves first and foremost of all.
Now does it surprise you that I am a Muslim?
I'm afraid the only weapon I have is a pan of oatmeal and since you just washed your hair, I will refrain from dumping it on your head. (a bit of humor there)

I recommend you read the entire Koran (it is available online) and then judge the religion after reading it. It may also be wise to read the bible as well to see the differences and similarities.

Keep in mind that there are different ways of interpreating the scruptures and that someone who calls himself Muslim doesn't necessarily represent Islam as someone who calls himself Christian doesn't represent Christianity.

you might get a million different reactions as people have different takes depending on who they are but most would explain that they are not fundamentalist and this is out of context to them. running is doubtful and hence no cheeks are necessary.

Dear friend, we should make ourselves ready to hear others because everybody have right to say his idea about something.
If I were the man, I would ask you the reason, if you are right. it is well and good but if not I try to explain about it.
I believe that everybody is right because they think differently.

statement with a reply.I would not move to harm you but I would not turn my back on you.
