Political Correctness depends entirely upon what political party is in power. It is spin designed to give that party as much power and control over voters as possible. It is meant to facilitate the party's policies, whether or not a majority of people voted for them. The day it ever has anything to do with loving our neighbors as we love ourselves will be the day the moon turns green with horizontal purples stripes across it.
Consider this quote, please: "God is holy in character and is righteous in all His ways. An absolute standard is affirmed. There is no 'situation ethic' with God: no bending back of integrity to fit what we may deem to be convenient: no compromise. In fact, the entire thesis of the Bible stands or falls at this very point. If the moral confusions of a pluralistic, multi-faith, consumerist society may be validated by adapting principles, willy nilly, to every wandering star of fashion, then surely the Bible has nothing but its own pennyworth of suggestion to throw into the kitty of daft ideas!"

That depends on what you are being "correct" about. Most of what is "politically correct" has been alternately supported AND condemned by the Bible.
Jesus was in his own way a political activist, and the message in the New Testament (at least out of Jesus' mouth) has been and in some instances BECOME the source of much controversy.

The Bible states for us to stand up for what is right and true. No matter what others think.
In doing what we are commanded in the Bible, of course we would be stepping on a lot of toes, and hurting other people's feelings (which is what being politically correct is now-a-days).
So, I would say that God, Jesus and the Bible wouldn't go for political correctness.

Political Correctness is a manufactured non-issue that certain people throw up as a smokescreen to obscure their incredible ignorance and lack of social skills.
"what, you mean it's wrong to invite my Jewish neighbours over and serve pork ribs? Jesus that is SOOOOO "Politically Correct"!! Some people are just soooooo over-sensitive! I mean, they crucified our Lord and I didn't even mention it and won't let me say "Merry Christmas" at Walmart, but they get all uptight over a few pork ribs. I'm so sick of this PC garbage--What next? Bunch of Liberals complaining when I bring my own steak to my black neighbour's BBQ 'cause I don't feel like eating chitlins and watermelon or whatever it is they eat......"
You get the picture. If you treat people--ALL people--with basic dignity, respect and consideration, "political correctness" never rears it's ugly head.

Actually, the Bible has no stand on it. Jesus said, "Render unto Cesaer what is Cesaer's, render unto God what is God's."
The Bible would be considered not Politically Correct. It's teachings would be something that the proponents of Political Correctness and Socialism would not teach.

Yes, I think it does. I agree that the Bible saying, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself" and, "Do unto others as you would have done to you" is, in my mind anyway, basically the definition of political correctness.

The Bible says to obey the laws of the land, as long as it doesn't go against God's laws. We are to use the Bible as our direction. God also puts people into positions of Govt. He allows evil and good in. We are to make the right choices. We will give an account on who we voted for. So make sure you are voting for the one who is following after God. He or she might not be the most popular, but God will be more pleased by following after truth.

in case you do not pick to rejoice Christmas than do not, you've a God provide properly no longer to and that is termed loose will. in case you pick to deck out your street for Yom Kippur or Hanukkah than do it yet why get disillusioned with human beings celebrating Christmas. As for Christians complaining about human beings no longer celebrating Christmas, the position were those human beings? My whinge is human beings announcing Merry yule, if that is political correctness then i'm one?
