i read somewhere aloe vera gel is for hair, can we just extract gel from stem n rub at scalp

Drink apple cider vinegar. Take 2 tbls. of acv in an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times a day. Has over 93 vitamins and minerals. Read about acv on the web. Nails will grow too! Very inexpensive. Lose weight, fights acne. Cleanses internally.
