Hmmm... do you get any error messages? What's your windows version? Instead of using iTunes, try specific CD burning program like Nero or Easy CD creator. They always work for me. If you don't have access to them, and if you are using windows XP, do this:

Insert a blank CD in the drive
Open My Computer folder
Double Click on the CD/DVD drive
Leaving that open, navigate to the folders where your songs are
Drag and drop them into the CD ROM drive
On the left hand side, it should say, Write these files to CD.
Click on that
A box should pop up. Follow the instructions on there.
Make sure you choose Audio CD

Hope that helps.

If not, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. I personally have never liked using iTunes to burn stuff. Nero does the job for me.

I actually have found that it truly is usually a trial-and-mistakes procedure to locate media that paintings nicely for both your computing gadget and your CD participant. I actually have had more effective success with Memorex, TDK, and Fujifilm, blended success with Imation, and worse success with HP. This, notwithstanding, also varies with which computing gadget i exploit to burn the CDs. try yet another sort or 2. also, more reasonable isn't inevitably more effective. (it ought to no longer also be more reasonable in case you land up throwing away each and every of the CDs that did not burn proper.)
