Yes, Muslims are creationists since they believe that Allah created everything. However Muslims are also evolutionists as they believe that Allah used the natural order of things as well. They stop short of calling humans the descendants of ape men, preferring to believer that humans were separately created. They thus hold to a millions of years earth. Generally yes. The only other country where a "creationism v. evolution" debate is raging besides the United States is Turkey, because of its huge Muslim population.
